Seville move-out cleaning — I focused on the windows and screens. The homeowners wanted the screens removed, which was a bit tricky since they were screwed in. Properly screwing into window frames can affect the window warranty, so I carefully took the screens off and cleaned the windows for the new homeowners in Seville.

I opened all the windows and cleaned the screens. Some of these windows had large panes with great views, which looked especially nice once opened. The backyard with the pool is fantastic! It’s clear the new owners are excited to move in, especially since the current owners are relocating back to California because they don’t enjoy the heat here in Arizona.

As for me, I’m fine with the heat — it’s not too bad. Before this job, I offered to get a spa from a friend for free but didn’t have anyone to help me. So, I rented a crane and managed to get it installed myself. It was a crazy experience watching the process unfold. If you ever want to see some wild pics, come by my house — it was pretty cool!
